BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The 2022 Academic All-District® women’s volleyball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined accomplishments on the court and in the classroom. The CSU Bakersfield volleyball team celebrated four roadrunners receiving Academic All-District honors Tuesday: Caroline Benke, Paige Calvin, Laura DePraand Hana Makonova.

De Pra joined CSUB as a graduate this past summer, bringing with her a cumulative grade point average of 3.74. While working on a Masters in Public Administration, De Pra is also Bakersfield’s starting setter. She’s averaging 6.49 assists per set for the year and has reset career highs in almost every statistical category this season.
