GEOFF TATE – Upcoming US Tour Featuring 3 Guitarists

Beginning Thursday, December 1, multi-platinum selling Geoff Tate, best known for being the creative driving force behind progressive metal band Queensrÿche for over 30 years, will embark on his Big Rock Show Hits tour.

In what is expected to be the most visually stimulating stage show of his solo career, Tate and his international brother’s band will feature Scottish guitarist Kieran Robertson, Ireland’s James Brown, Boston’s Alex Hart and British bassist Jack Ross. Scottish and Brazilian keyboardist Bruno Sa and Cincinnati drummer Danny Laverde will tour 28 cities across the US, including Cleveland, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Denver and Nashville. “It’s going to be… it’s… it’s going to be fun!” Tate proudly notes that the new year will kick off with 11 consecutive performances. “We can’t wait to premiere this show!”

Armed with a list of songs that have sold more than 20 million albums worldwide in 40 years, Geoff is looking forward to introducing his Big Rock Show Hits Tour to the music public. Among the songs selected are “Silent Lucidity”, “Jet City Woman”, “Eyes Of A Stranger”, “Another Rainy Night (Without You)”, “Empire”, “I Don’t Believe In Love”, “Walk In The Shadows” and a few surprises.

Just five days after their last US gig in January, the band will embark on a two-week Empire 30th anniversary trek, starting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on January 19 and heading to Europe. australia. After “the land down under” they will return to Europe for a variety of shows that will last until mid-March. They will return in early June for another extensive European tour.
