Mark began his career in the police before moving to Health and Safety and joining the NHS where he conducted many H&S investigations and serious clinical incidents. Mark then moved into a large cashier business and established a primary authority, introduced Q (Quality) into the HSE, “Lean” principles, reducing “waste” and improving efficiency across the business. More recently, Mark works at Mitie and has several key objectives, some of which include standardizing Mitie’s approach, ensuring the maintenance of ISO standards and the achievement of further ISO standards.
