The Dallas-based architecture firm designed three award-winning projects in the Development & Design category across three usage types. The Standard at Austin won gold in the “Development & Design: Student Housing” category. The 17-story high-rise community consists of 287 units with 989 beds and is packed with coveted amenities, including a rooftop VIP lounge, pool deck with city skyline views, two-story clubhouse, state-of-the-art Art Fitness/yoga rooms , an academic lounge with shared spaces and private study booths, all within walking distance of the University of Texas campus.
Icon Riverwalk won Bronze in the Development & Design category: Senior Housing. The four-story senior citizen residence in Plainsboro, NJ consists of 260 units and offers premier living experiences including multiple on-site restaurants, an upscale piano lounge/bar, on-site concierge, indoor/outdoor pool, large podium courtyard, a Fitness center with yoga studio, a theater, an art studio and pickleball courts, all in close proximity to the Princeton Healthcare System.
Jefferson Lumen received an honorable mention in the Development & Design: Mid Rise category. The Dallas-Fort Worth area luxury development features 430 high-end condominiums with an extensive amenities package including a rooftop lounge overlooking Lake Carolyn, resort-style pool with lounge seating, multiple outdoor lounges , a one-of-a-kind game room, convenience store and rooftop dog park, all conveniently located near DFW International Airport. The overall design of the property was inspired by the neighboring Toyota Music Factory, creating a bold yet contemporary living experience.
